Chicken in tartlets in the oven

STEP 1
How to bake chicken in tartlets in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Cherry can be replaced with a regular medium tomato. I used homemade tartlets.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it. Cut the fillet into small cubes.
STEP 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan of suitable diameter. Fry the chicken pieces over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Salt the chicken, add spices to taste, stir. Cook the chicken until lightly browned. Remove the finished fillet from the stove.
STEP 4
Wash bell peppers and tomatoes and dry. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Remove the olives from the jar and cut into slices. You can also use olives.
STEP 5
Wash the greens, dry them, chop finely. Use the amount of greens to taste.
STEP 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse or fine grater.
STEP 7
Combine chicken pieces with mayonnaise and mix.
STEP 8
You can make tartlets with two types of fillings. Divide the fried chicken pieces into 2 parts. Add chopped dill to one and stir.
STEP 9
Combine the other half of the chicken with bell pepper and parsley. Stir.
STEP 10
Fill some of the tartlets with the first dill filling. Place cherry slices and olive slices on top.
STEP 11
Place the bell pepper filling in other tartlets.
STEP 12
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of tartlets.
STEP 13
Place the tartlets in an oven preheated to 180 C for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Cooking time will depend on the operating characteristics of the oven.
STEP 14
You can serve chicken in tartlets either warm or cooled. Bon appetit!
