I like small portions, you can eat 2 or 3 pieces. Or you can get by with just one, depending on your appetite. I marinated the fillet for 1 hour so that the meat became softer and acquired a bright taste. For the marinade, I used lemon juice and garlic, grated on a fine grater. To make the breading stick better, I rolled the pieces of meat in flour, then in a beaten egg, and only then in breadcrumbs.
