STEP 1
How to fry chicken in breadcrumbs in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can cook from any part of the chicken. I take a whole chicken carcass and divide it into parts.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken, cut into pieces, and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then sprinkle the pieces with lemon juice. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. rub the lemon and garlic into the chicken and leave it to marinate for 1 hour. You can leave it overnight, but then put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 3
To make the breading, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, turmeric and salt in one bowl. Stir.
STEP 4
Break the eggs into another bowl and whisk them a little with a whisk. And pour flour into the third.
STEP 5
Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in egg and coat in breading.
STEP 6
Heat the frying pan until hot and pour vegetable oil onto it. Place prepared chicken pieces. Do not place the chicken tightly together. I cooked in two pans at once. Fry the chicken on each side for 5-7 minutes. There should be enough oil for the chicken to cook well.
STEP 7
Covering the chicken will cook faster, but will no longer have a crispy crust. To test the chicken for doneness, pierce it with a knife. Light, clear juice should appear. If the juice is pink, the chicken is not ready yet!
STEP 8
Serve the finished chicken hot, adding a side dish or fresh vegetables! Bon appetit!
