STEP 1
Let's start preparing delicious chicken curry sauce by preparing all the necessary ingredients.

Finely chop the peeled onion.
STEP 3
Chop the garlic in any convenient way.
STEP 4
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Fry the onion in sunflower oil for 3 minutes. Add garlic to the onion and fry for another 2 minutes.

Finely chop the tomato and add it to the frying pan with the onion and garlic along with the curry. Fry for 3 minutes.

Add chicken fillet and fry everything together for 5 minutes.
STEP 8
Pour water into the frying pan and add salt. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
STEP 9
Finely chop the bell pepper.
STEP 10
5 minutes before readiness, add pepper.
STEP 11
Chicken curry is ready. The consistency of it is pieces of chicken in a fragrant sauce, which is very tasty to pour over the side dish.
