Chicken fillet in kefir in a frying pan

Even a young housewife can handle this dish. My beloved mother-in-law discovered the kefir marinade for chicken. When we go to the dacha for barbecue, my husband and I bring marinated pork, and she brings chicken in kefir marinade. And no matter what recipe we cook kebabs according to, it is her chicken that turns out tastier and juicier. I adopted her marinade recipe and now often cook chicken and turkey in it. Chicken baked in the oven in pots is especially delicious. I’m sharing a recipe for quick chicken stewed in a frying pan.

Good afternoon ! Maria, once again my family rated your recipe top notch! They even asked me to put it in my “Favorites” folder so that I could find it myself in my absence. The chicken is amazingly tender and tasty and even children can cook it. Thank you and big respect to your mother-in-law, health and good luck! I marinated the chicken in the morning before work, stayed a little late and thought it would be “oh-ho,” but it turned out “wow, I want more!” This marinade would probably be good for kebabs, too, I actually added the usual spices for meat and dry herbs. But I involuntarily checked that you can leave meat in the marinade for 8-9 hours and its taste will be excellent!

Thanks for the tip, I haven’t tried adding herbes de Provence, I think it will be the right note in the taste. I'll definitely take the advice!

I liked the recipe Chicken fillet in kefir in a frying pan, but I didn’t have chicken fillet at home, so I made it from pork. The meat turned out juicy, incredibly tender, aromatic and soft. I really liked the aromatic taste of garlic. I added a little dill to the marinade (since I don’t really like it), but in vain, it turns out very tasty. Next time I'll add more garlic and dill. I also really liked that not a drop of vegetable oil is used during preparation. I think it would also be very tasty with chicken fillet.
