Chicken balls with cheese

- STEP 1 - Our ingredients. Let me note right away that you can use any cheese, the main thing is that there is a lot of it! 
- STEP 2 - In a bowl, beat the egg a little. Add minced meat and pre-chopped onion, bell pepper, chopped garlic, oregano, half of the finely grated cheese and spices to taste. If desired, add a few basil leaves. 
- STEP 3 - Before we forget, turn on the oven to heat up, temperature 200 degrees. Mix our mixture well with your hands. 
- STEP 4 - Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Fill each cell with minced meat. Place a piece of cheese in the center of the mass (mine is soft). We cover the top of the future balls with a spoon of minced meat; it is necessary to completely cover the cheese cubes so that our filling does not leak out. Place the pan in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. 
- STEP 5 - Take out the almost finished balls and sprinkle each with the remaining grated cheese, pressing lightly with your fingers. Return everything to the oven again for 15-20 minutes. 
- STEP 6 - For the finished balls, you can prepare a sauce from tomato paste and fried onions. The dish is best served warm, while the cheese is melted. Bon appetit!
