Today we have muffins with cherries for tea. While there are still cherries on the tree, I want to bake some delicious treats. I kneaded the dough with 6% milk. Pre-beat fresh butter and sugar. Then I added the rest of the ingredients. The dough turned out soft and smooth, quite thick. I pitted the cherries and rolled them in cornstarch. Thanks to this, the cherry juice did not flow out during baking. I baked the muffins at 180° for 30 minutes. I made 12 small products. The muffins turned out porous, light and airy! They are moderately sweet and very tasty! Cherry gives the dough a pleasant sourness. The whole family liked the muffins, even my one and a half year old nephew ate a couple of them with pleasure).
