    Grind the cottage cheese with sugar, add eggs (depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese, add whole eggs or just the yolks).

    We form cheesecakes from the curd mass, put 1 tsp in the center of each cheesecake. (a little more or less) boiled condensed milk. During formation, we help with flour.

    Place the cheesecakes in muffin tins and spread a thin layer of sour cream on top.

    Bake cheesecakes at 180 C until golden brown. In total I made 18 cheesecakes.

    To make the cheesecakes soft and tender, we will prepare a filling sauce for them. Mix sour cream with sugar (use it to taste) and vanilla tincture.

A wonderful breakfast made from these cheesecakes, and most importantly fast. You can take cottage cheese of any fat content, as long as it is not very wet. coconut flakes of any kind, even colored ones, eggs only fresh. Any flour will do, but only white. Any sour cream you like will also work. These cheesecakes can simply be fried in a frying pan and served. Bon appetit.
