Yesterday I made soup with cheese, to be honest, I was afraid until the very moment of tasting. For some reason I expected it to be like cream, but it turns out there were small grains of cheese remaining (or it was the kind of rubbish I had that didn’t dissolve). I was upset, I thought I had ruined it, something was wrong. and then I tried it and realized that the soup turned out delicious! Advice - stir until the very end of cooking, until you remove it from the stove, because the cheese tends to stay at the bottom and burn. stir until removed from heat.
