Angel, you simply surprised me with your recipe! As often as I cook cheesecakes, I always try to add less sugar. But I didn’t think of making salty cheesecakes with herbs! And roll it in breadcrumbs - it’s absolutely superb! Today I just fried ordinary cheesecakes, but in the near future I will definitely try your recipe! I've never heard of these before! My mother-in-law used to cook pancakes (nalistniki) with salted cottage cheese - everyone was also surprised. I think my family will like the new recipe. Thank you!

The cheesecakes are really unusual, with a green taste, and you can feel the interesting salty taste of the cottage cheese. Overall a great idea for breakfast. Prepare for your health)))

Thank you very much for your kind words))) I agree with you 100))) Garlic wouldn’t hurt at all, my son just doesn’t like garlic very much, I didn’t add it, but in general it would have emphasized the taste of the greens even more) I’ll definitely make it again with Your suggestion))
