Charlotte with apples on kefir with sour cream

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the indicated ingredients. My kefir is thick, 3.2% fat, but it seems to me that any kind will do. C1 eggs, if small, it is better to use three pieces. Apples to taste, but it is better to take not very sweet ones. From the lemon you need lemon juice to drizzle over the apples (to prevent them from browning). Sift the flour first. Prepare a baking dish, any will do.
STEP 2

Break eggs one at a time into a deep bowl and add the required amount of sugar. Beat eggs with sugar until sugar dissolves and white foam forms on the surface.
STEP 3

Add sour cream, kefir to the egg-sugar mixture and mix. Add sifted flour, soda, a pinch of salt and vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly and move the bowl to the side. The mass should be homogeneous, without lumps, similar in consistency to thick sour cream. The dough should stand for several minutes (10-15). Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
STEP 4

Choose apples for the pie according to your taste. If the apples are very sour, then you can increase the amount of sugar by 20 - 30 grams, if they are sweet, on the contrary, reduce it. Adding apples to the pie with or without skin is also based on your taste. My apples are seasonal and have thick skins, so I cut off the skins. Peel the washed apples and cut them into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.
STEP 5

Add vegetable oil to the dough and mix thoroughly. Take vegetable oil with a neutral odor or no odor at all.
STEP 6

Grease the chosen pie pan with vegetable oil or butter. Pour half the dough into the mold. Add the chopped apples, distributing them evenly throughout the pan.
STEP 7

Pour in the remaining dough. Place the dish with the charlotte in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes (the time will depend on the power of the oven). Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer - it should come out dry from the middle of the pie.
STEP 8

Remove the finished charlotte from the oven and let it stand in the pan. Carefully remove the cake from the pan. Cut into portions and can be served with tea, a glass of milk or coffee.
