Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Wash the apples, remove the core and stems. Cut the pulp with peel (the second one if desired) into large cubes.
STEP 2

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl (or mixer bowl) and beat well. Add sugar during the process.
STEP 3

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place apples in an even layer in the bowl.
STEP 4

This is what well beaten eggs with sugar look like.
STEP 5

While mixing the dough at low speed (or simply using a spatula or spoon), add the sifted flour to the dough. Mix gently until smooth and the dough is ready.
STEP 6

Spread the batter onto the apples in an even layer.
STEP 7

Bake the charlotte in a multicooker for 1 hour at a temperature of 150-160 degrees (in different models these are Multicooker, Frying or Baking modes).
