I really wanted fish today, I had frozen capelin. I prepared capelin fried in a frying pan according to this recipe. First I defrosted and cleaned the fish. From the spices I took a mixture of peppers and salt. The fish turned out very tasty, tender with a crispy crust! Simply delicious! . Thanks for the recipe!

Have I really found like-minded people in capelin! I can't believe my eyes. Everyone complains every now and then - it’s difficult to clean and cook and even eat. They don’t even know how easy it is to do and how delicious it is! I just want to remember the joke about cats... but you just don’t know how to cook them)). Sorry...dark humor...on a culinary site... Of course, I fried the capelin, devoured it and wanted more. In the photo I have it without a head - that’s how I cleaned it. I also have our younger brothers - don’t offend them, they also want to feast on capelin, although they only get the head.
