STEP 1

How to make spectacular canapés with red fish on skewers with cottage cheese? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can take cream cheese without additives or with additives according to your taste, or you can replace it with processed cheese or any other soft cheese to taste.
STEP 2

Lightly freeze the red fish, peel the skin and cut into squares with a side of about 2 cm and a thickness of about 1 cm.
STEP 3

Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Cut off the top cap of cherry tomatoes. Using a teaspoon or coffee spoon, carefully scoop out the pulp, being careful not to damage the walls. To make it more convenient, you can first carefully cut the pulp in a circle with a knife.
STEP 4

Prepare the filling for the tomatoes. Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.
STEP 5

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Soft cheese should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance.

Mix everything until smooth. Look at the consistency. If the cream turns out to be too thick, you can dilute it with sour cream or cream to a softer (but not runny) consistency. Transfer the resulting curd filling into a pastry bag with a large nozzle.

Assemble the canapés. Place a stuffed cherry tomato on each piece of fish. Pierce the appetizer with skewers from top to bottom.
