Cake with honey and sour cream in chocolate glaze

Sift the wheat flour and baking soda through a sieve.

Mix fresh liquid honey, granulated sugar and eggs in a deep cup.

Beat with a whisk or fork

and slowly add flour

and washed raisins. Pour milk in a thin stream. Using a whisk, thoroughly knead the dough until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Grease the cake pan with oil. We warm up the oven and set the pan with the dough to bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool the finished cake, cut it lengthwise with a knife or using a strong thread into 2 cake layers.
STEP 8
The most important thing in a cake is the cream and glaze. For the cream, dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup of water. Mix sour cream with dissolved gelatin and granulated sugar and beat with a mixer. Prepare the chocolate glaze: grind the butter with sugar and cocoa in an enamel bowl, put it on the fire, add hot milk and heat over low heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 9
Now for the final assembly of the cake. Coat the cakes with cream, fill with glaze and decorate the top and sides with white chocolate shavings or coconut flakes. The cake is ready. Bon appetit!
