Recently I dropped in to see a good old friend. And in her kitchen is Winnie the Pooh. I mean a husband, only swollen. We just saw each other yesterday, he couldn’t have gained so much weight overnight. It turns out that Kostya visited his father-in-law at the apiary, drank a lot and went to visit the bees. The workers of the honey front did not like the drunken guest. Well, as they say, the result is obvious. As a consolation, the father-in-law poured honey, and the wife baked a delicious cake. Prepare the chocolate glaze: grind the butter with sugar and cocoa in an enamel bowl, put it on the fire, add hot milk and heat over low heat for 5 minutes.

The cake really has a subtle amazing aroma. Using milk in the dough makes the crust very dense. The cake is rich and you can hardly eat more than a couple of pieces. Next time I’ll try adding kefir instead of milk, then the cake will be more magnificent. The author made a mistake in the list of products - she forgot about eggs. I added 2 pieces. My honey was thick - I melted it. cooking took about 1 hour. and soaking time 4 hours.

Thanks for the recipe. A very tasty cake, and most importantly fast. The only thing that didn’t work out was the cream. It was too liquid and spreadable.
