Melt margarine or butter and let cool.

Prepare the dough. Just mix all the ingredients. Beat eggs with sugar, pour in sour cream and melted margarine.

Preparing the decoration. Peel the apples from the core, cut into slices 1-2 mm thick. Cut the orange into slices too, as thin as possible. Peel the kiwi, cut lengthwise - these will be the leaves.

Prepare the syrup. Boil water, add sugar.

When the sugar has dissolved, dip apple slices and orange slices into the syrup. Cook for 5 minutes to soften the orange. Then drain the syrup.
