    Place the chopped meat in the pan with the vegetables. Stir and fry everything together for 10-12 minutes. Don't forget to stir so the meat doesn't start to burn. Add a little salt and spices to taste.

    While the meat is roasting, prepare the rice and cabbage. Rinse the rice several times in cold water. Then drain all the water from it. Shred the cabbage.

    Then add the washed rice. Add a little more water and leave to simmer for another 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked. The rice will absorb all the water and become soft. Control the amount of water. If the rice is still hard and there is no more water, add a little more.

I was interested in a very original recipe. I've never combined products like this. I decided to experiment, having all the products in stock. First I fried onions with carrots and pork. Then I added tomato paste and spices. The spices included ground nutmeg, ground coriander, salt, pepper and meat seasoning. I'm a little tired. Added cabbage and fried everything together. At the end, I added rice (I chose long-grain), added water and simmered under the lid for 20 minutes. It turned out to be a whole pan of deliciousness. Externally, the dish is somewhat similar to pilaf, but the cabbage absolutely changes the first impression. Cabbage with rice and meat stewed in a frying pan is incredibly tasty, satisfying, aromatic and appetizing. A wonderful dish for an everyday table. Rice and meat began to play in a new way. It's not just pork grits. This is a new dish - cereal with meat and vegetables. The spices played their role perfectly. I want more and more, seasonings perfectly stimulate the appetite.
