How to make cabbage salad with green peas? To do this, you need to prepare all the ingredients. Green peas can be used either fresh or frozen. If the cucumbers are small, then take 2 or 3 of them. Tomatoes can be used of any size, the only difference will be in the cutting. Rinse cucumbers and tomatoes in running water to remove dirt.
STEP 2
I will use frozen green peas. It must be placed in boiling water and boiled for 5 minutes. Then place the peas in a colander and drain the water. Rinse boiled peas 1-2 times with cold water.
STEP 3
Chop the cabbage for the salad thinly and crush it a little with your hands. Why flex your hands? This is necessary so that it becomes softer and juicier. This will make the finished salad more juicy.
STEP 4
Place the shredded cabbage in a bowl in which you will prepare the salad. To do this, it is convenient to use a wide glass salad bowl. Cut the cucumbers into cubes and add to the bowl after the cabbage.
STEP 5
Chop the tomatoes. If the tomatoes are large, cut them in half, remove the stem and cut them into large slices. Small cherry tomatoes can only be cut into 2-4 pieces. Add chopped tomatoes to the salad.

By this time, the green peas have already cooled down after cooking. Finely chop the fresh dill and add it along with the peas to the bowl.

Season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil. Salt it a little to taste. If desired, you can use aromatic sunflower oil to dress the salad. For flavor, you can add some spices with aromatic herbs.
