The dough itself is soft, pliable, elastic, and very pleasant to work with. It does not stick to your hands, but it sticks together perfectly when forming buns. I used 470 grams of flour (high grade flour with high protein content). I used category C1 eggs. I just had boiled condensed milk and used it for the filling. The buns were baked in my oven for 35 minutes (the last 15 minutes on the top tier to help them brown better). The buns are simply magnificent: soft as feathers, tender, fluffy. The dough is excellent. I made it in a bread machine. I poured flour into the bread machine according to the recipe (for 500 grams of flour) Step 2 and step 3 - as described in the recipe. For the dough, I took 3 tablespoons of flour from the bread maker bowl. Then I poured all the remaining dry ingredients into the bowl, poured in the dough and the egg-butter mixture. I chose the “Basic” dough preparation mode - I have number 16. Panasonic SD2502 bread maker. After two hours I took out a magnificent dough, elastic and tender at the same time. I made a pie with irga. It flattened out perfectly on the baking sheet. Thank you so much for the recipe! I have never done such a test before.
