How to make the most delicious and tender bun dough? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve 1-2 times in advance to enrich it with oxygen. STEP 2
First of all, let's prepare the dough. Heat the milk until warm (35-40 degrees) and pour into a spacious bowl. Add dry yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of flour to the milk. Mix everything, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. When foam and bubbles appear on the surface, you can begin to work further.
STEP 3
While the dough is rising, melt the butter and let it cool until warm.
STEP 4
Pour melted butter into the prepared dough. Add egg and salt. Stir.
STEP 5
Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little less or more flour. Focus on the consistency of the dough. When the dough is already forming into a lump, you can grease your hands with vegetable oil so as not to add excess flour and not clog the dough.

Cover the finished milk dough in a bowl with a towel and place in a warm place for 1 hour until it rises.
