STEP 1
How to make buckwheat with stew in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Stew can be used from any type of meat. I have stewed pork. The proportions of the ingredients can be slightly changed to your taste, but the ratio of buckwheat and water should be 1:2.
STEP 2
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Then grate the carrots on a coarse grater and finely chop the onion. Turn the multicooker on to the “Saute” mode and wait for the bowl to warm up until hot. Pour a little vegetable oil and add the prepared vegetables. Fry them for 2-3 minutes, remembering to stir.
STEP 3
Then place the stew into the slow cooker. Stir in vegetables and heat for another 3-5 minutes.
STEP 4
Rinse the buckwheat several times in cold water and drain it thoroughly. Place the buckwheat in the multicooker bowl and add the required amount of water. Add a little salt and ground pepper to taste. Switch the multicooker to Cereal mode for 25 minutes. Close the lid.
STEP 5
After the specified time, the multicooker will emit a sound indicating that the dish is ready. Open the lid, stir and you can serve. Place the buckwheat and stew on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
