STEP 1

How to make buckwheat as a side dish with butter? Prepare the following ingredients. To speed up the process, it is better to immediately take very hot water. STEP 2

Rinse the buckwheat very well under cold running water several times to wash and remove any debris, bad seeds or other foreign matter.
STEP 3

Pour water into the pan. How to choose a pan, read the article at the end of this recipe. If you use cold water, you should bring it to a boil and place the washed buckwheat in it. If you are already using boiling water, then put a pan of water on the fire and immediately add the washed cereal. As soon as the buckwheat boils, add salt and cook for 10 - 15 minutes over low heat under the lid, without stirring it.
STEP 4

After the specified time, turn off the heat, add butter to the porridge, stir. Close the pan with a lid and put it in a warm place (or wrap it in something warm) for 15 minutes to let the porridge brew.
STEP 5

Serve the buckwheat hot. This is already a delicious aromatic porridge that can be served as an independent dish. For a complete lunch or dinner, this side dish can be offered with meat, chicken, semi-finished products, and you can also add milk and sugar. This buckwheat can be used the next day to prepare casseroles, bread, pancakes, etc.
