  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a salad from broccoli and pickled cheese? Prepare all the necessary products that are indicated in the recipe. Garlic can be omitted if desired or a minimal amount can be used. Olive or refined vegetable oil is suitable.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the broccoli and separate it into small florets of equal size. Peel the garlic.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Boil water in a small saucepan or saucepan. Place the cabbage in boiling water and leave for 30-60 seconds. If you have very small inflorescences, then 30 seconds will be enough. Do not soak the broccoli in water, otherwise it will become soft. Place the pieces in a colander and drain the water.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the inflorescences in a small deep container and cool slightly. Drain the brine from the cheese. Break the cheese into small pieces with your hands, or use a knife to cut into small cubes. Send to cabbage.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pass the garlic through a press and add to the salad bowl. Also add a pinch of ground black or allspice and pour over the oil. At this stage, you can add your favorite herbs and spices, such as dry basil, oregano, ground paprika, and so on.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Mix everything thoroughly and taste for salt. Add more salt if necessary (I usually don’t do this, because pickled cheese is salty enough on its own).

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

If desired, sprinkle the salad with finely chopped herbs and serve.
