In my opinion, breaded chicken in a frying pan is the most successful way to cook it, since meat cooked this way remains tender and juicy! Made breaded chicken breast for lunch. I cut the meat into pieces, rolled each piece in flour, then dipped it in a beaten egg and, finally, thoroughly breaded it in breadcrumbs (I replaced corn flakes with them). Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Then I kept it covered on low heat for about 10 minutes. It turned out very tasty! The breading came out delicious and crispy! The meat is soft and very juicy!
