STEP 1
How to fry breaded chicken in a frying pan? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Corn flakes need to be unsweetened, without honey. You can replace corn flakes with regular breadcrumbs. Take large eggs so that there is enough batter for all the pieces of chicken. In addition to the indicated spices, you can use your own to taste, for example, paprika, suneli hops, etc.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with paper towels and cut across the grain into slices about 1 cm thick. In addition to chicken fillet, you can use thigh fillet.
STEP 3
Lightly pound the fillet with a hammer, trying to maintain the integrity of the meat pieces.
STEP 4
Then salt and pepper the chicken and sprinkle with herbs.
STEP 5
Place corn flakes in a blender bowl and grind until finely crumbled. At the same time, there is no need to grind it into flour at all. The crumbs should be noticeable, then they will turn out crispy.
STEP 6
Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth. The whites should combine with the yolks.
STEP 7
Dredge each piece of chicken in flour on all sides.
STEP 8
Then dip into beaten eggs.
STEP 9
And thoroughly breaded in crushed corn flakes.
STEP 10
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Instead of frying, you can place the breaded chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes (ideally on the “top-bottom convection” setting).
STEP 11
Transfer the finished chicken fillet to a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
