The dish is simple, but with an unusual sweetish taste! I love to cook something new. This time I decided to try a Brazilian dish. The meat turned out tasty, but not for everyone. When poured it turns out sweetish.

    Grind the onion in a meat grinder.

    Mix the minced meat with half the onion.

    Add crackers, egg, ginger and mix everything.

    For the sauce: mix tomato juice, sugar, remaining onion, chopped pineapple into small pieces, stir.
