Brazilian meat balls
The dish is simple, but with an unusual sweetish taste! I love to cook something new. This time I decided to try a Brazilian dish. The meat turned out tasty, but not for everyone. When poured it turns out sweetish.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Grind the onion in a meat grinder.
STEP 2
Mix the minced meat with half the onion.
STEP 3
Add crackers, egg, ginger and mix everything.
STEP 4
For the sauce: mix tomato juice, sugar, remaining onion, chopped pineapple into small pieces, stir.
STEP 5
Divide the mixture into equal balls, place in a frying pan and fry for 10 minutes, covered.
STEP 6
Pour the sauce over the balls and simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with mashed potatoes and rice. Bon appetit.
