    STEP 1

How to boil eggs in the microwave? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Be sure to take the eggs at room temperature; if you take them cold, they may explode. If you are boiling eggs in the microwave for the first time, I recommend starting with one egg to determine the exact power level and cooking time required for your technique. Since this is still a risky business - the eggs can explode!

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

First, wash the eggs well under running water, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface. Take a microwave-safe bowl, place the eggs there and add salt, which is needed to prevent the eggs from cracking or exploding.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Boil water and pour it over the eggs, making sure the water completely covers them. You can also pour cold water over the eggs, but then the cooking time will change.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the bowl of eggs in the microwave. When preparing eggs, be sure to take into account the features of your microwave, and choose the time and power individually. Be prepared for the fact that some eggs may explode, so stay close to the microwave in time to turn it off in time. It is important!

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cover the bowl with eggs with a special microwave lid or a lid that fits the bowl. Turn on the microwave for about 5 minutes, it is better to choose a power of no more than 600 W if you want soft eggs in a bag. If you want hard-boiled eggs, then cook them for about 7-10 minutes, soft-boiled - about 2 minutes. Time and power are approximate and may vary between microwave ovens.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the finished eggs in a bowl of cold water, so they will cool faster and will be easier to peel. Please note that if you need to cook one egg, the time will be significantly reduced (choose individually!)

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

This is how you can boil eggs in the microwave, in their shells, in water, successful cooking and bon appetit!

Before, I never even thought about how to boil eggs in the microwave. After all, all housewives know that they explode. But when I opened our favorite website this morning, I saw this most interesting recipe. Of course, I went to experiment with childish delight). On the author's advice, I started with one egg to try. I took fresh homemade because I wanted to boil an egg in a bag. I washed it well, poured boiling water over it and salted it. By the way, my salt has not completely dissolved, perhaps it needs to be dissolved first. Although there are different types of salt, the extra will probably have time to dissolve. I cooked under the lid at 600 W. 3 minutes. Just in case, I stood next to the microwave, ready to eliminate the consequences)). But everything went just fine, the egg didn’t even crack. Immediately transferred it to a bowl of cold water and ice. The egg turned out exactly how I like it! The white will cook, but the yolk will remain runny. I sprinkled it with sea salt and enjoyed breakfast. Thanks for the interesting experiment and excellent result!

I decided to boil eggs in the microwave. I have never cooked eggs this way before. I cooked three eggs of category C1, one egg weighing an average of 56 grams. I don't have 600 watts on my microwave. You can choose 500 W, and then immediately 800 W. I chose 500 W. I turned on the microwave for 6 minutes, I wanted eggs “in a bag.” To be honest, I was a little scared that the eggs would explode. But everything went quietly and smoothly. I cooled the finished eggs in cold water. I was very pleased with the result. The eggs actually came out in a bag! At first it seemed to me that the protein was not cooked, but no, it did not spread, held its shape and turned out very tender. I cooked eggs for myself and the children. The guys were also pleased and said that it turned out very tasty. Irinyshka, thank you for the excellent detailed recipe!
