Black spaghetti with red fish, peas and cheese

STEP 1

Using a vegetable peeler, shred the zucchini into thin, wide strips. Place a pan of water for cooking spaghetti on the fire, and after boiling, add green peas. Start preparing the sauce.
STEP 2

Cut salmon fillet without skin into small cubes. Grate the processed cheese. Mash the blue cheese with a fork. Heat milk or water in a frying pan, add processed cheese and blue cheese. Stir until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, 3 minutes. Reduce heat and add salmon pieces. Spice up. Cook no longer than 5 minutes. 7 minutes after the peas boil, add spaghetti and salt. Cook according to instructions. 3 minutes before readiness, add chopped zucchini.
STEP 4

Drain in a colander, shake. Place spaghetti in a frying pan with sauce, add arugula, stir. Serve immediately.
