Bird's milk with raspberry jelly
This is the most delicious bird's milk recipe! . Bird's milk is a popular cake of the 60-80s in Russia. It got its name because it was about as difficult to get this confectionery product! It was prepared in separate canteens and the batches were sold out within a couple of hours. Interestingly, there are many recipes for this souffle cake. This one is different in that it does not contain eggs.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
So, mix gelatin with milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Do not let it boil. Remove from heat and cool.
STEP 2
In a separate bowl, beat the cream, sour cream and sugar. Gradually add warm milk with gelatin.
STEP 3
Place half of this cream in a glass mold, greased with oil.
STEP 4
Add a little dye to the second one. And lay it out with a second layer. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 5
Dissolve the jelly in boiling water. Leave to cool to room temperature. And pour chilled bird's milk over it. Leave in the refrigerator for several hours until the jelly completely hardens.

I think that the Bird's Milk cake was popular not only in the 60-80s, and not only in Russia! And there are many different recipes for preparing it!) Everyone in our family loves it very much, but until now I have used a different recipe. I liked your recipe for its ease of preparation! I'll definitely try your option!
