Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
For this recipe, in which I will tell you how to make berry mousse, you can use both fresh and frozen berries. First, we take all the products we need, indicated in the ingredients. We will need berries, sugar and semolina. You can take any berries to your taste, you can have several types at once.
STEP 2
Before preparing our dish, you need to squeeze the juice out of fresh berries or drain the water from frozen ones.
STEP 3
Place the remaining berry pulp in a saucepan.
STEP 4
Fill it with two glasses of water, bring to a boil and strain.
STEP 5
Add granulated sugar to your taste and bring the mixture to a boil.
STEP 6
We filter.

It turns out to be such a decoction.

Then add semolina to the broth and cook over moderate heat with constant stirring for 15 minutes.

Cool the finished mixture and then beat with a mixer or blender.
STEP 10
While whipping, add the juice squeezed from fresh berries.

Whisk. The mixture should be very airy and fluffy and look like foam.

During whipping, the mass increases approximately 2.5 times.

Place the finished mousse in prepared containers; it is best to use glass bowls. You can decorate the berry mousse on top with berries or fruits, as well as fresh mint leaves - I got such a beautiful decor that makes the dish even more appetizing in appearance and elegant.
