STEP 1
How to fry marinated beef steak in a frying pan? Prepare all the ingredients you will need for the recipe. Use beef tenderloin or steaks such as ribeye, striploin, filet mignon, chateaubriand, bone-in ribeye, etc. You can adjust the set of herbs to your taste and add a few sprigs of rosemary or basil. It is also permissible to take a mixture of dry herbs.
STEP 2
Prepare the marinade. Pour vegetable or olive oil and soy sauce into the blender bowl.
STEP 3
Rinse the greens and dry with paper towels to remove any remaining water. Place the thyme, parsley and mint leaves into a bowl. I used two small sprigs of mint; if you use more mint, it will overpower the taste of the meat in the finished dish, so don’t use too much mint.
STEP 4
Peel and rinse the garlic. 1 large or 2-3 small cloves will be enough. Chop the garlic coarsely and add to all ingredients. Add salt to taste, but keep in mind that soy sauce itself is salty. Add ground peppers and your favorite spices.
STEP 5
Beat everything until smooth.
STEP 6
Coat the steaks with the resulting marinade. Rub the aromatic mixture over the entire surface of the meat using massaging movements. Place the beef in a food bag and leave at room temperature for 30-60 minutes. During this time, the steaks will be saturated with the aromas of spices and herbs. You can put the meat in the refrigerator for several hours to marinate.
STEP 7
Heat a thick-bottomed frying pan well. Send the marinated steaks to fry. Cook uncovered over medium heat for four to seven minutes. The frying time depends on the thickness of the steaks and how well done you want the meat to be. I cooked for about 4-5 minutes. Turn the meat over and fry for another 4-7 minutes.
STEP 8
Place the cooked beef on a plate.
STEP 9
Cover with a lid or foil and let rest for about 10 minutes.
STEP 10
Done, ready to serve! Offer fresh vegetables, salads and sauces to your steaks.
STEP 11
