Beef liver with onions and apples

STEP 1

We wash the liver well and remove films and channels.
STEP 2

Cut the liver into slices approximately 1 cm thick.
STEP 3

Salt and pepper.
STEP 4

Transfer the liver into a bowl and fill it with milk. Leave for half an hour.
STEP 5

Wash the apples, cut out the seed pod and cut the apple into slices.
STEP 6

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
STEP 7

Place the onion and apples in the heated oil and fry, stirring, until golden brown.
STEP 8

Bread the liver in flour.
STEP 9

Fry the liver slices in a frying pan with oil on both sides until golden brown. 1.5 minutes on each side. If the liver is overcooked, it will be tough.
STEP 10

Transfer the liver to a frying pan with golden onions and apples.
STEP 11

Stir and cook for a few more minutes. If you like very soft apples, add a little water to the pan and simmer everything under the lid. You can serve.
