STEP 1

Place the fried onion on top of the liver, distributing it evenly.
STEP 5

Cover the pan with the liver with a lid or foil and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 30 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. It is better to check the readiness during the baking process by piercing the liver with a knife: if the juice is clear, then the liver is ready. You can’t cook it longer, otherwise it will dry out.
STEP 6

Serve the finished liver hot. Any potatoes, rice, pasta are suitable as a side dish. Bon appetit!
