    STEP 1

    Soak gelatin in 1 tbsp. cold water for 1 hour. Cut the beef into pieces, add 2 liters of water and bring to a boil on the stove. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, cook for 1 hour. Cut the boiled beef into small pieces. Strain the broth and let cool. Boil the carrots directly in their peels for 30 minutes. Then peel and cut into circles (you can make shaped wheel circles). Cut the onion into rings.

    Place the meat in aspic molds, add carrots and onions. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Heat the broth and slowly add gelatin, bring almost to a boil, but do not boil! Pour the broth over the meat and vegetables, let cool and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
