Baked turkey breast in a sleeve in the oven
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

To prepare the “Baked Turkey Sleeve in the Oven” dish, take turkey breast, sunflower oil and spices, suitable for chicken.
STEP 2

Rinse the turkey, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into large portions across the grain.
STEP 3

Place in a deep bowl and marinate in a mixture of salt, grated or pressed garlic, spices and oil. Mix well, rubbing the marinade into the meat with your hands.
STEP 4

Cover tightly with a lid or cover with film and place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
STEP 5

Place the marinated turkey in a baking sleeve, add a little water to keep it juicy and tie the edges of the sleeve tightly. Make holes in the top of the sleeve to allow steam to escape.
STEP 6

Place the sleeve on a suitable baking sheet and place in the oven, turning it on at 180 degrees. Bake for an hour.
STEP 7

After the baking time has expired, remove the baking sheet and carefully cut the sleeve on top. The soaring aromas will not leave anyone indifferent!
STEP 8

Place the turkey in a deep plate, pour over the juices and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
