Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk and leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 2

Add salt, butter, flour, and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
STEP 3

Cut the apples into small cubes, mix with ginger and cinnamon.
STEP 4

Place a spoonful of dough on the bottom of the greased molds and add apples.
STEP 5

Place another spoonful of dough on top. You can completely cover the apples - then the filling will be juicier. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. The top of the pancakes is not browned.
