Apple Banana Pancakes

STEP 1
We select the ingredients necessary to prepare our delicious fruit dessert and begin preparing the dough.
STEP 2
Peel two green apples, remove the core and grate them on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Grate a medium-sized banana on a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Break one chicken egg into a bowl with grated fruit.
STEP 5
Add flour sifted through a sieve, two teaspoons of sugar to a bowl with grated fruit and chicken egg, add a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon for taste and mix until smooth.
STEP 6
In a frying pan heated on the stove, with olive oil added to it, place a tablespoon of dough and form our pancakes.
STEP 7
Fry the pancakes until golden brown on each side for five minutes.
STEP 8
Place the prepared pancakes in a suitable plate and decorate them with melted chocolate and hazelnuts on one side, and sprinkle with powdered sugar on the opposite side.
STEP 9
Serve the prepared apple-banana pancakes on the table for tea. Cook deliciously, cook simply, prepare a fruit dessert at home together!
