STEP 1
How to make chicken in Albanian style? Prepare the necessary products. Sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise. Take odorless vegetable oil. Both potato and corn starch are suitable.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet and dry well. Cut the fillet into small cubes.
STEP 3
Peel the garlic and wash it. Chop the garlic in a convenient way. You can pass the clove through a press or use a fine grater. Or chop finely with a knife.
STEP 4
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
STEP 5
Combine prepared chicken fillet with egg, starch, sour cream, and chopped onions. Salt and add ground black pepper.
STEP 6
Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spoon the mixture into the pan in the form of cutlets. Fry the chicken over medium heat until golden brown.
STEP 8
Turn the cutlets over to the other side and continue to fry until done, covering the pan with a lid.
STEP 9
Serve Albanian chicken with any side dish and fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
