I really liked the recipe! The taste of the gravy is just perfect! Very tasty! Following the recipe, I added a tomato (I had frozen) and tomato paste to the frying pan with the meat. This tandem, in my opinion, and a well-calibrated amount of pasta (a little bit of it was needed) made the gravy for mashed potatoes with meat turn out wonderful. Tasty, rich, with a slight tomato sourness. I stewed the meat for about an hour until it was soft; I had a pork ham that was a bit tough. But it steamed well, soaked in vegetable juice, and became simply amazing. Thank you very much for the recipe! I recommend to everyone!
