I did everything as described in the recipe. The eggplants I chose in the store were about the same. I washed everything, crushed it, and fried it. I got the filling, added hot pepper and garlic to it. I stuffed the eggplants with minced meat. And that’s it, almost everything is ready, in a total of 30-35 minutes. Placed the stuffed eggplants in a frying pan and covered with a lid on the stove. That's all, in 10 minutes - dinner is ready. And the family is already at the table, waiting for the next masterpiece. Thanks to the author for the recipe!!
