New Year's recipes with avocado for the New Year
Avocado has a specific taste that gives any dish a special flavor. If you have nothing against this, as well as the rather high calorie content of this vegetable, try to please your family and guests with a fresh salad. A warm salad with the addition of meat or chicken (fried, boiled, baked - it doesn’t matter) will be especially tasty. This green fruit goes well with them. By the way, avocado can easily replace potatoes in such a dish, which everyone is pretty tired of.
The second most popular choice is the filling for stuffed dishes: cutlets, pancakes, rolls, rolls. In addition to avocado, it can include almost any product: cheese, mushrooms, cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits, berries.
Avocado-based sauces and pates are also good. The former are in harmony with meat, fish and pasta. The second - with any sandwiches, tortillas, quesadillas and so on. Plus, they hold their shape well, and thanks to their fastening properties, they can be used in complex dishes with a lot of decorations.
