If you want to get a juicy and tasty chicken dish, cook breasts with zucchini. Fortunately, these vegetables can be bought throughout the year, and not just in their season, in the summer.

Chicken breast and zucchini can be used to prepare different types of dishes: appetizer, main, baked goods. By adding a variety of ingredients, we get a lot of new flavors.

The easiest way: frying in a frying pan with oil, vegetable or butter (this tastes better). With it, the breast is cut into pieces of the desired size, which are then fried until cooked. Zucchini cut into large pieces is added to the meat. Then come the vegetables of your choice: tomatoes, carrots, peppers. The dish is suitable for a snack and as the basis of a hearty dinner. Due to the juiciness of the zucchini, it doesn’t even require sauce. The same products can be baked in a mold in the oven under or without a cheese crust.

Appetizer option: with it, the zucchini is cut along its entire length into flat slices. They are fried. Breasts are fried separately. Then they are wrapped in a zucchini roll and secured with a toothpick. For a richer filling, breasts, cut into small pieces, are stewed in a creamy sauce with the addition of cheese - so that the filling does not fall apart. You don’t have to fry the zucchini, but bake it in the oven already filled. Or you can string them on a wooden skewer, two or three at a time. In this form, the dish looks very presentable, suitable for the holidays.

Shish kebab made from breasts with zucchini, strung alternately on skewers, is also good. And zucchini looks very good in chicken cutlets. In general, these two products harmonize just as well as, say, potatoes with mushrooms or apples with cinnamon.
