Slice the zucchini lengthwise. Thickness about 5 mm.

Our dish is ready. Very fast, very simple, original! I came up with the idea that I could cut the zucchini into circles, fry it, put a cheese appetizer on top and sprinkle with herbs. As an alternative :)
