Yeast pizza in a multicooker
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
For the dough we will need: flour, egg, margarine, vegetable oil, milk, dry yeast, sugar.
STEP 2
For the filling we will need: ketchup, hunting sausages, cheese, tomatoes, olives
STEP 3
Melt the margarine in a water bath.
STEP 4
Add warm milk, egg, vegetable oil to melted margarine. sugar, salt. Mix everything well.
STEP 5
Add flour and yeast and knead the dough, it will be elastic.
STEP 6
Now cover the dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
STEP 7
Cut the filling (if necessary)
STEP 8
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, but I recommend using baking paper (it’s convenient to remove the pizza). Place the dough in a bowl and smooth it out.
STEP 9
Lubricate the dough with ketchup on top, lay out the filling: tomatoes, sausage, cheese, another layer of tomatoes, olives (can be left whole),
STEP 10
Set to “Baking” mode for 45-60 minutes.
STEP 11

Before the pizza had even cooled down, we were already reaching for it with a fork :) The pizza is very tasty. And the multicooker, as always, makes our life easier! Everything is very quick and you don’t need to watch it like when cooking in the oven! My husband and I love pizza with beer!
