Yeast dough for whites in a frying pan

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make yeast dough for whites in a frying pan? Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Milk can be used in any fat content according to taste and availability. The higher the fat content of the milk, the richer the dough will be. Heat the milk to 36-38 degrees in the microwave or in a water bath. If the milk is too hot, the yeast will die. Pour milk into a deep bowl, add a tablespoon of sugar, stir.
STEP 2

Add dry yeast to the warm milk mixture. Stir the mixture to dissolve the yeast and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place, you can place the bowl near the radiator. To understand what types of yeast there are, how to work with them and how to replace them, I recommend reading an article on this topic. The link is at the end of the recipe.
STEP 3

Sift the wheat flour twice to better saturate it with oxygen and remove various impurities. After the time indicated above, a foam should form on the surface of the yeast mixture, which means that the yeast is of high quality and activated, otherwise you will need to take other yeast, since the dough will not work with these. Place the wheat flour into the bowl with the liquid mixture. Add it in small parts, stirring the flour mixture with a spatula or spoon.
STEP 4

When the dough becomes thick, pour in vegetable oil, stir and continue kneading the dough with your hands, adding the remaining wheat flour. Remember that you may need less or more flour, you can read more about this in the article, the link to it is at the end of the recipe. It is more convenient to knead the dough with your hands on a table sprinkled with flour. You need to knead for at least 10 minutes until it stops sticking to your hands and becomes smooth and uniform.
STEP 5

Transfer the dough back into the bowl, cover with a linen towel or cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. An oven turned on at 30 degrees or a microwave with a glass of water that has been previously brought to boiling in the microwave. And the easiest way is to put it near the battery in winter.
STEP 6

When the dough has risen, punch it down and let it rise again in a warm place, leaving for about another hour. The dough should increase 2-3 times. Now the delicious milk dough for frying the whites is ready, it’s time to move on to the process of forming and frying the whites. Bon appetit!
