    Sift flour and salt into a bowl.

    In warm water we dilute yeast with 1 tbsp. l. Sahara.

    Add the yeast solution to the flour.

    Stir with a spoon and knead into a soft and sticky dough. There is no need to knead anything, just stir with a spoon until smooth! The dough should be sticky, but not liquid, it should hold its shape and not spread! Since everyone’s flour is different, you may need more or less flour; if the dough turns out liquid, add a little flour, and if it’s stiff, add a little warm water.

    Dust the dough with flour and round it, sprinkle the bowl with flour or grease it with vegetable oil, put the dough out and put it in a warm place to rise for 1.30 hours. The dough should increase 2-3 times.

    Place the risen dough from the bowl onto a floured table (just turn the bowl over). Using a sharp knife or dough scraper, divide the dough into 2 parts.

    Transfer to a baking sheet. Dust the surface of the dough with flour, cover with a towel or film and leave to rest for 15 minutes; during this time the dough should rise slightly.

    Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 230 C for 10 minutes with steam (place a deep baking sheet with boiling water on the bottom of the oven), after 10 minutes we take the baking sheet with water, reduce the temperature to 170 C and bake for another 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.
