Winnie the Pooh cake

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

This cake requires 3 biscuits. Two of them have a diameter of 16 cm, a height of 7 cm. The third has a diameter of 26 cm, a height of 2 cm. Cut the smaller biscuits lengthwise into three layers. And you can start assembling. Coat the top of the base with a thin layer of butter cream with condensed milk and place the next biscuit layer.
STEP 2

So on, part by part, coating with a thin layer for greater stability, from five cake layers to form the body of the future Pooh. Leave one cake for the head.
STEP 3

From a larger sponge cake, cut out three layers of 10 cm in diameter. Set aside all leftover cake layers separately for later use in making the cake.
STEP 4

From the left cake layer and three cut out cake layers with a diameter of 10 cm, form a head in the same way, thinly coating layer by layer with buttercream. In the same order as in the photo - two smaller ones, a larger cake (this will be the muzzle) and a third small one on top. Place both pieces - the head and the body - in the refrigerator for an hour to harden.
STEP 5

Use a knife to form the torso of a bear from the frozen larger piece. For example, you can use a soft toy or a picture of Winnie the Pooh.
STEP 6

Using the same butter cream, glue the head to the body.
STEP 7

For greater stability, insert a kebab skewer on top.
STEP 8

And just like the body, form the head and muzzle of Pooh.
STEP 9

Prepare pastry putty from all the biscuit scraps. To do this, grind the trimmings with a mixer, or in any convenient way, to a plasticine mass. If the consistency is dry, add butter.
STEP 10

Use putty to sculpt and place the bear’s legs where needed.
STEP 11

Form a face and ears from the putty. Also sculpt and glue the bear’s hands with buttercream.
STEP 12

Place the fully formed bear in the refrigerator to harden. Meanwhile, prepare protein custard for three whites.
STEP 13

You can decorate with this 'star' attachment. Most of the cream should be mixed yellow - for the body. And part of the red color is for the T-shirt. Just a little more dark cream or melted chocolate is needed to draw parts of the face.
STEP 14

When the cream is ready and the cake has frozen, you can start decorating.
STEP 15

Using yellow cream, using jerky movements, first mark the border of the lower part.
STEP 16

Then decorate it completely and carefully.
STEP 17

And mark and decorate Vinny’s head in the same way.
STEP 18

Use red cream to draw a sleeveless T-shirt.
STEP 19

Use the same yellow cream to decorate your hands.
STEP 20

Use dark cream or melted chocolate to outline the nose, eyes and eyebrows.
STEP 21

If necessary, place a number and write a name. The cake is ready for the table! Treat and delight your little loved ones. Happy holiday!
