STEP 1
That's all the necessary ingredients. It should be remembered that cream will only whip with a fat content of 30% or higher. If you don’t know how to whip cream correctly, then I’ll share my secrets from personal experience: firstly, before preparing whipped cream, you need to cool it properly. Secondly, it is also advisable to keep the bowl in which we will beat the buttercream in the freezer for 10 minutes before whipping, so that it is cold
STEP 2
Let's start whipping the cream. It is advisable to do this at low speeds - the main thing here is not to overdo it with whipping, otherwise they may simply turn into oil. So, first, whip the cream at minimum speed for about 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3
Now mix the powdered sugar, which was previously sifted through a sieve, and vanillin. Then, without stopping whisking, gradually add the powder to the cream.
STEP 4
Continue beating on low speed for another 2-3 minutes until soft peaks form. Stop beating as soon as peaks appear.

Our cream is ready

Try it as a dessert or use it as a layer for a cake or pastries
