Here's what I got. cooking time - 15 minutes to prepare all ingredients and about an hour in the oven. Keep in mind that there are few “solid” products here - in fact, only liver. everything else is juicy, and “shrinks” when simmering in the oven. When finished, a little more than half of the original volume remains in the pot. although - I have large pots - for one serving - it turned out just right
