For the holidays I always make a side dish of potatoes; everyone loves them, especially baked ones. This time I liked the recipe for village-style potatoes in the oven with garlic. I liked the set of spices and the fact that the potatoes were lightly boiled first. Although boiling adds a little time to cooking, the potatoes turn out unusually soft inside. And what a crispy, golden-brown crust that forms after baking! Just beautiful! For spices, I have smoked paprika, dried dill, and garlic powder. I used turmeric instead of curry. And added a pinch of dried rosemary to enhance the aroma. Although, the abundance of different spices has already created a wonderful bouquet) The potatoes turned out great! Delicious, fragrant, beautiful!
