I love meatball soup, but I usually cook it without tomato paste. I'll try your version, thanks for the recipe!

Please enlighten the ignoramus, how is soup in a slow cooker different from what is cooked in a saucepan?

I cook both in a saucepan and in a slow cooker - there is a difference. Firstly, you don't need to stand over the stove with a spoon. Here you wrap up everything and get busy with another dish or even leave the kitchen to run errands. Secondly, the taste of the dish is slightly different. It looks like a dish from a Russian oven, as it simmers.

I love the slow cooker and love cooking in it. The dishes turn out delicious, the baked goods are fluffy, higher than in the oven. And in general, it saves time

So, add minced meat to cold water? And another question about the multi. I also use it, but the “stewing” function always turned out raw. I was advised to first turn on the “soup” (the time varies depending on the dish), then switch to “stewing”. Everything started to work out! Larisynshik, don’t you change the mode for this particular soup? I noticed your recipes in the cartoon a long time ago.
