Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

First we need to mix the chocolate and butter and bring them to a homogeneous consistency. To do this, dilute these 2 ingredients in a water bath.
STEP 2

Now you need to mix cocoa and flour.
STEP 3

Then thoroughly beat 2 tablespoons of sugar with 2 eggs.
STEP 4

Mix eggs, chocolate with butter and flour with cocoa. This will be the dough for our bottom chocolate cake.
STEP 5

Next, make a homogeneous mass from cottage cheese, the remaining egg, banana and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
STEP 6

Grease the baking dish with oil, pour the chocolate cake batter into it. Spread the banana and cottage cheese mixture on top.
STEP 7

Use a stick or fork to make streaks in the dough.
STEP 8

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake our cheesecake for half an hour.

What a beauty! It's quite easy to prepare. even beginners can do it))) I love simple recipes: D You just mix everything and wait for the deliciousness to cook))) In general, this is a very good combination - bananas and chocolate. Bananas will add a gentle sweetness; in general, I love all desserts with bananas)) They have a very captivating aroma. And also cottage cheese.. mmm))) so many benefits in one dessert! I’ll definitely cook it when I want something tender)) And I already want it..) I’m off to the kitchen! Thanks for the recipe!

Hello! The pie is wonderful, as soon as I saw it I immediately wanted to make bananas, chocolate, cottage cheese! It must have turned out extraordinary. But... nothing worked out (Or rather, it did, but it’s very, very sad. Maybe you can tell me what I did wrong? I would like to cook it again, but so that everything turns out like yours. I’ll immediately repent, I added more flour , I realize this. But I added it because there was catastrophically little dough, barely enough to cover the bottom of the baking sheet (it’s not too big). Perhaps that’s the whole point? But if you don’t add anything, then what to do with such a thickness of dough, it’s so will it rise much? After all, there is only 100 grams of cottage cheese, it turns out that some of it needs to be put aside on the top layer. I didn’t add anything to the second layer, and it also came out very, very thin, literally barely covering the top layer. As a result, in the oven at 180 degrees, the cake began to burn after 15 minutes, it turned out burnt, thin and at the same time sticky inside. Maybe I need to take a very small mold? Tell me, please.

Alena, thanks for the recipe. I made it today, only I took the recipe from Instagram, the photo is the same. Is this your page there? I even posted my work on my Natalia U-r page. Very tasty, tender and not troublesome to prepare.

Just cooked. Delicious. Delicate filling and dough. True, we used dark chocolate, and it turned out a little tart. We did everything exactly according to the recipe, kept it in the oven for exactly 30 minutes.
