STEP 1
How to make turkey pasta in a frying pan? Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. Wash the turkey fillet, dry it with paper towels and cut into small cubes.

Peel the onions and finely chop them with a knife.
STEP 3
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Heat it up and fry the onions in oil until soft.
STEP 4
Then add the cooked turkey meat to the onion in the frying pan, add spices to taste: salt and ground black pepper. You can use any other seasoning if you wish.
STEP 5
Stir and fry the meat over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula, for about 15 minutes. At the same time, let the pasta boil. For this dish you can use absolutely any pasta according to your taste and availability, I used spaghetti. Of course, a product made from durum wheat is healthier.
STEP 6
Pour water into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. Place the pasta in boiling water, stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for the time indicated in the instructions on the package. But the pasta cannot be completely cooked; it should taste a little hard. Drain the water, place the pasta in a colander, and let the water drain.
STEP 7
Peel a couple of cloves of garlic and finely chop them with a knife or grate them.
STEP 8
Place pasta and chopped garlic in the frying pan with the turkey. Mix. Fry them together for about 5 minutes. Turn off the fire. Leave the dish covered for another 10 minutes.
STEP 9
Meanwhile, grate hard cheese, chop fresh parsley and dill, or green onions with a knife.
STEP 10
Serve the turkey with pasta to the table, sprinkled with hard cheese and herbs, green onions, sesame seeds. And this dish can be prepared more often, because it is easy to diversify by expanding the set of vegetables in the composition, which in turn will change the taste, and by using different varieties and types of pasta, which will also change the appearance of the dish.
